Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. This role involves supporting Project Managers in planning, coordination, and administrative tasks for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintain project documentation and track project progress
  • Resolve project-related issues and provide administrative support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
