Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

• Handle grooming inquiries with a friendly and accommodating manner.
• Efficiently schedule grooming appointments ensuring dogs are ready for pick-up at scheduled times.
• Conduct thorough consultations with owners, discussing grooming styles and assessing the dog's coat condition.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for grooming services and explain service scopes and pricings to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer preferences and concerns.

Grooming Process:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs during their stay.
• Handle matting situations professionally.
• Communicate with owners at the end of each appointment.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain detailed records of grooming sessions and preferences.
