What We're Looking For

• Has experience in team leadership
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excels in time and people management
• Has strong communication and verbal skills
• Possesses IT skills, including Excel, Word, and SAPS
• Is familiar with packing systems like AWETA Q Pack and Taks grader
• Is capable of working 6 days a week and some public holidays
• Can lift up to 25kgs
• Is comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
• Is skilled in planning and scheduling daily tasks
• Has a knack for troubleshooting

Your Responsibilities

As our Packhouse Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Glasshouse and Sales teams to meet daily output goals
• Operating pack house equipment and machinery
• Maintaining high-quality control standards
• Monitoring efficiencies and KPIs
• Motivating, supporting, and training the packhouse team
• Conducting regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment
• Managing the purchasing and ordering of consumables
• Performing regular stock takes of crates, pallets, and other consumables
