• Effective administration of property portfolio
• Positive, professional, and organized approach
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures
• Full, clean NZ Driver's Licence

What You'll Do

As a Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in troubleshooting, supporting, and developing both yourself and junior team members. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decisions while managing your property portfolio. With a focus on honesty, integrity, and service, you'll lead the way in Body Corporate management.
