About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional customer service skills, compassion, and empathy, with a desire to make a positive impact on the Pasifika community. While previous experience in a contact centre or medical field is advantageous, a willingness to learn and grow within the organization is essential. Proficiency in a Pacific language is a plus, along with flexibility, strategic thinking, and a passion for making a difference.
