We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at SB Appliances in Papakura, Auckland. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a salary based on experience.
Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate appliance repair appointments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
