The Role of Finance Manager

The Finance Manager at NZ Build Group plays a pivotal role within the organization, reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day finance operations, managing a small team, preparing management accounts, handling financial reporting, managing tax returns, payroll requirements, budgeting, and forecasting. The Finance Manager also plays a key role in implementing internal controls, managing cash flow, and collaborating with non-financial stakeholders.

Your Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager with self-management skills, previous experience in staff management, proficiency in Excel and preferably Xero. The ideal candidate should be adept at working with creative individuals, possess strong commercial acumen, and demonstrate the ability to drive financial performance. Location: Ponsonby Auckland

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year
