The Company

The Opportunity

As the FP&A Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing Workday Adaptive Planning, our new budgeting, reporting, and analysis tool. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the platform, which will enhance our financial planning processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the rollout of Workday Adaptive Insights
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Developing and executing project plans
• Providing training and support to end-users
• Conducting data migration and system testing
• Optimizing the system to meet evolving business needs

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in implementing ERP or budgeting and forecasting tools
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficiency in SQL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
