Position Overview

The Financing Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial strategy, securing funding, and driving investment plans. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and investment plans.
• Identify and secure funding sources, including equity and debt financing.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference given to candidates with an investment background, especially from large investment companies.

Location and Compensation

Location: Auckland CBD

Salary: $8,000 – $10,000 per month
