The firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team to work on a variety of financial restructuring and insolvency projects. The role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients, including local and international companies, banks, corporates, law firms, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with clients from different industries and sectors
• Supporting senior colleagues in financial modeling and presentation preparation
• Conducting Independent Business Reviews and restructuring engagements
• Managing formal appointments and ensuring business operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 2-3+ years of experience in Forensic, Restructuring/Business Recovery, Deals Advisory, or Transaction Services from a Big 4 or international mid-tier firm. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are essential, along with certifications such as CA/CPA or CFA. Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills are also required.
