Responsibilities

As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind project completion. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site processes, managing health and safety procedures, ensuring quality assurance, reporting on project progress, and coordinating subcontractors.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Proven ability to drive project completion - Previous experience with high-end fitout projects - Exposure to projects with budgets of up to $10 million - Proficiency in Procore and MS Projects - Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-end finishes
