Responsibilities

As a Contract Quantity Surveyor with our client, you will play a crucial role in the team by handling various responsibilities, including:

• Payment claims, cashflow, and monthly reports
• Managing Variations & walkthroughs with clients
• Handling between 6 - 8 projects simultaneously
• Working on projects ranging up to $5 million
• Estimating and take-offs
• Tendering
