Overview:

As New Zealand's largest regional sports organization, Northern Region Football (NRF) is seeking a dynamic General Manager to drive partnerships, commercial revenue growth, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead communication plans, digital platforms, and marketing strategies while upholding NRF's brand, values, and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead NRF's approach to partnerships and drive commercial revenue growth
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for competitions, activities, and programs
  • Oversee communication plans and digital platforms to reinforce NRF's strategy and brand

NRF aims to support clubs, enhance the game across Northland and Auckland, and increase access to football and futsal. With a focus on thriving club communities, quality competitions, and equity of access, NRF collaborates closely with 73 member Clubs to provide opportunities to over 40,000 registered players and numerous coaches, referees, and volunteers.

Job Description:

The General Manager role at NRF involves leading the development of partnerships, brand management, and communication strategies.
