Key Responsibilities

- Drive Growth & Business Delivery: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding aviation services in the Aeromedical and Primary Health Care sectors across remote and rural Western Australia. - Lead Continuous Improvement: Spearhead business transformation initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency with a relentless focus on continuous improvement. - Foster People & Culture: Champion cultural initiatives to drive positive transformation and enhance employee engagement within the aviation department and throughout the organization. - Strategize for Operational Excellence: Implement operational strategies and optimize workforce planning to establish effective team structures and resource allocation. - Demonstrate Executive Leadership: Uphold and exemplify the organization's culture, values, and behaviors while collaborating effectively within the senior leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess: - Extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in a commercial aviation setting. - Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Business, along with an AOC or HAAMC qualification (or equivalent). - Proven track record in Executive or Senior leadership roles showcasing operational excellence and successful transformational change management. - Ability to drive efficiencies and maximize outcomes within the aviation function.
