Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the First-Line risk management framework
• Develop and manage the Risk Control framework in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams
• Oversee Quality Assurance and Compliance programs
• Manage Error and Omissions program and Complaints processes
• Continuously enhance Risk Management outcomes through tools and strategies

Skills and Experience Needed

The successful candidate will have:

• Senior leadership experience in a regulated environment, preferably Financial Services
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in Financial Services
• Demonstrated success in implementing Risk or Compliance frameworks
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and engagement abilities
