Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for managing month-end financial deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing interim and year-end group consolidated financial statements
• Conducting monthly financial reporting and analysis
• Managing group cash flow and forecasting
• Collaborating on technical accounting and tax projects
• Leading a team of 2 Accounts Payable
• Overseeing lease accounting for all group entities
• Acting as the primary contact for auditors

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 6+ years of experience in financial/management accounting roles or in a large public practice firm
• Strong understanding of NZ IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
• A curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
