About the Role: Head of Product and Platform

The Head of Product and Platform role at Now is crucial for the development, management, and commercial success of the company's product offerings and underlying platforms. As a leader in this role, you will oversee a team dedicated to delivering product and platform capabilities that set Now apart in the business telco sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing Now's product portfolio and roadmap
• Managing existing product offerings
• Designing, developing, and maintaining product and network platforms
• Ensuring platform security and implementing measures to protect customers and technology
• Providing product and platform support to Now's customers
• Establishing an efficient internal IT capability

Requirements and Expectations
