About the Role

As a Health & Safety Adviser at Ara Poutama Aotearoa, you will play a crucial role in improving how health and safety risks are managed, fostering leadership, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team. This role involves being part of the on-site leadership team and contributing to solving larger organizational challenges while implementing wellbeing and cultural change initiatives. You will be based full-time at Auckland Prison in Albany, Auckland.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $81,606 - $115,209, with the mid-point indicating full competence at $96,007. Remuneration will be based on skills and experience relevant to the role.
