As a Health Improvement Practitioner, your role will involve providing evidence-based interventions to individuals and their families within General Practice clinics. You will empower people to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through brief interventions, focusing on delivering quality care to diverse communities.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you need to be a registered mental health professional with training in talking therapies such as ACT, FACT, or CBT. You should be self-motivated, a team player, resilient, and organized to thrive in the fast-paced environment of a General Practice setting.
