Currently, we have an exciting permanent opportunity within our People Experience (PX) team as a People Experience Coordinator.

Position Overview:

As a People Experience Coordinator at Mercury, you will be an integral part of our PX team, supporting HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve handling HR-related inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position offers exposure to various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle changes and maintain accurate employee files.
  • Respond to HR queries and support HR Advisors and Business Partners.
  • Enhance data integrity and improve employee experience by streamlining HR processes.
  • Develop and monitor employee onboarding workflows.
  • Assist in implementing remuneration reviews and financial processes related to HR activities.
  • Maintain and update content on internal HR platforms.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous HR administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine interest in human resources.
  • Advanced Excel skills and numerical proficiency.
