Job Description: Learning Experience Designer

Wavelength Learning is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative learning solutions that have a real impact on clients. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams, conducting needs analysis, and designing solutions for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions
• Work with clients and subject matter experts to scope and design learning solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to bring the vision for the learning experience to life
• Build strong working relationships with clients and subject matter experts
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards throughout the design and development process
• Identify and utilize appropriate technology and delivery mediums for the learning solution
• Create high-level designs, map learning journeys, and develop concept deliverables with clear links to learning outcomes

Requirements

• Highly collaborative, agile, and flexible
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proven experience in needs analysis and designing solutions for simple and complex projects
• Relevant post-graduate or specialist qualification in Adult Education
• Previous work experience at a learning consultant level
