Job Opportunity: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Our client, a well-established main contractor in Auckland, is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on high-end residential and commercial projects in Auckland, North Shore, and Waikato/BOP regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential sectors and possess strong knowledge of NZ construction systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating budgets and preparing Bill of Quantities
• Preparing Contract Variations
• Issuing Purchase Orders and deriving other costing reports
• Allocating works and checking bills

Skills Required:

The successful candidate must have delivered start to finish projects, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be a great team player with a positive attitude. Prioritization skills are also crucial in this role.
