Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager/Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include leading and managing construction projects, collaborating with stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, managing risks, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence among project team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale construction projects
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

To excel in this role, you are expected to have:

• Relevant tertiary degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in managing complex construction projects
• Previous project management experience in NZ and overseas
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership abilities and attention to detail
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines
