Role Overview

As a senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of a $20M project based in the North Shore. Reporting to the commercial manager and collaborating closely with the project manager, your responsibilities will include administering subcontractor contracts, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, analyzing costs and variations, attending client meetings, and resolving issues across various stakeholders.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should hold a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 10 years of experience working on New Zealand projects exceeding $20M in value with a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor. Your positive attitude, team player mindset, and strong interpersonal skills will be key assets in managing relationships with colleagues, project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
