Role Description

The role is for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor who will work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor for guidance when necessary. Responsibilities include procurement, managing variations, pricing and estimating, contract administration, reporting, and maintaining full financial control over projects.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience working on projects exceeding $5 million
• Essential expertise in high-end commercial (office) fit-outs
• Familiarity with the New Zealand market
