About the Role

As an Onsite Leading Hand at Southern Cross, you will be a crucial part of the on-site team, overseeing commercial projects across various sectors and clients. Your responsibilities will include providing on-site guidance to subcontractors, actively participating in the fit-out process, liaising with clients, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining a safe working environment. Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Leading Hand position will have:

• Full qualifications in Carpentry or Cabinet Making
• Extensive experience in joinery, preferably in shopfitting or construction
• Strong time management skills
• Knowledge of industry standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective delegation skills
• Reliability and a supportive attitude
• Flexibility for overtime and travel
• Valid Driver's License
