Established in the mid-1980s, this company provides a wide range of engineering services including structural, civil, geotechnical, environmental, and fire engineering. With a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality professional consulting services to clients, this consultancy is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead their Civil Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing Civil Team Leaders’ performance and training requirements
• Monitoring project performance against commercial objectives
• Growing Civil Teams in each office for independent and collaborative work
• Communication and coordination with project stakeholders
• General Civil consulting engineering reporting, design, and supervision
• Client liaison, marketing, and promoting company services
• Liaison with other engineering areas to provide total service solutions

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree
• Chartered Professional (CPEng)
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering
• Experience in managing a team of engineering staff
• Good knowledge of Civil engineering assessments and design
• Current understanding of Council EPA inspection and signoff requirements
