About the role:

A Commercial Management role reporting into the CEO. You will be leading a team of up to 10 QSs and ensuring that the business maximises profitability and margins. You will work closely with the senior leaders in the business to oversee tendering, procurement and delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role in the local market
• 10+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
• Exposure to large scale Residential projects
• Driven and hungry to drive a business forward
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

This well established, national company have delivered well over 1000 projects and continue to build on an excellent reputation. The projects range are largely Residential and range from Townhouses to Apartments.
