Job Responsibilities

• Estimating/cost planning for general, carpentry, and concrete trades
• Tender procurement, preparation, and analysis
• Budget estimates and cost management
• Variation analysis, budget, and cost reporting
• Subcontractor payment claim assessments
• Final accounts preparation

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Relevant building knowledge and experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong understanding of new residential construction and contract administration
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Reliability and excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with an organized and efficient work approach

Location and Benefits

This position is based in Drury, Auckland, with occasional travel to Whangarei. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
