Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Frequency is seeking a Project Manager to join their Auckland office Buildings team. The role involves managing project delivery across various sectors and project lifecycles, requiring a minimum of three years' experience in vertical construction project management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery to meet client needs and expectations
• Work collaboratively with a small team under Senior Project Manager guidance
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
• Plan and implement strategies for project success
• Ensure clear communication and effective management of project requirements
• Manage client expectations and relationships

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Tertiary industry qualifications
• Experience in Education and local government sectors preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clear and concise communication abilities
• Knowledge of NZS3910/3916 contracts
