Investment Analyst Full-time Job

Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&A specialist to join a leading consulting firm in Auckland. In this role, you will help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, supporting New Zealand companies in creating and executing deals.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end M&A processes from target identification to deal closure
• Manage M&A project processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration
• Foster relationships with industry players, financial institutions, and partners
• Support post-merger integration initiatives
• Focus on business development to develop new client relationships
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, finance, or related fields
• Proven track record in supporting M&A transactions
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management
