Responsibilities and Qualifications

In this role, you will be working closely with private equity firms, corporate clients, and business owners to develop growth and exit strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting due diligence and financial modeling
• Performing Independent Business Reviews
• Engaging in M&A and deals advisory work
• Assisting in equity raising activities

The ideal candidate would have approximately 6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Deals Advisory, or Transaction Services, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier Chartered Accounting environment. While experience in deals advisory/corporate finance is preferred, audit experience will also be considered.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate with the team to support various areas within the organization. Ideally, you should be a Chartered Accountant or be pursuing a CFA with a keen interest in Deals Advisory and Corporate Finance.
