Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst

Mercury is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Adaptive team of professionals. This role involves guiding the team, establishing best practices, and contributing to the development of new technologies. The position offers the flexibility to be based in either Tauranga or Auckland.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring technology applications align with Mercury's strategic goals
• Analyzing business requirements and identifying impacts on existing processes
• Leading analysis work on projects and maintaining high-quality deliverables
• Supporting the Business Analysis Chapter and providing guidance
