The Auckland District Court is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Judicial & Business Services Coordinator. This role involves providing administrative support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the District Courts in the Auckland region.

Variety of Duties

As a Judicial & Business Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including finance, events coordination, travel arrangements, procurement, and juror summonsing. This diverse role offers the opportunity to work across different areas within the justice system.

Customer Focus

The role involves acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as required. Handling inquiries and requests professionally and in a timely manner is a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

- Performing general administrative tasks to support judicial and business functions. - Assisting with financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing. - Coordinating and organizing events, meetings, conferences, and workshops. - Managing travel arrangements for team members including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. - Supporting procurement activities by researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders. - Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems. - Preparing and distributing relevant documents, reports, and correspondence. - Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing information and assistance. - Handling inquiries and requests professionally and in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience

No Candidate Will Meet Every Single Desired Qualification

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering effective administrative support services, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of finance, event coordination, travel arrangements, recruitment, or procurement processes is advantageous.

Salary

The salary range for the Judicial & Business Services Coordinator role is $54,343 to $74,416, with the appointing salary likely to be between $64,540 to $66,855.
