About the Opportunity

Are you a dynamic individual with excellent coordination skills? We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our client's Auckland team in the sustainable energy solutions industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and schedule installations and projects through the CRM system
  • Coordinate with installation teams, customers, and project requirements
  • Manage project timelines and liaise with stakeholders
  • Handle minor customer service queries and problem-solving

Key Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the trade industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SimPro experience is ideal
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Solar, EV, and HVAC industries/products is advantageous
