Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Trusts and Asset Planning Lawyer

Denham Bramwell, a mid-size law firm with offices in Manukau, Albany, and Whangaparaoa, is currently experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a driven Junior Trusts and Asset Planning Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of private clients, providing legal support in areas such as trusts, wills, estates, wealth planning, and more.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously with clients on a variety of personal affairs related to trusts, inheritance planning, asset structuring, and relationship property matters. You will collaborate closely with a Senior Solicitor within the team and receive mentorship from approachable Partners and Senior Staff.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in property, trusts matters, or relationship property law, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of key legislation such as the Trusts Act 2019. You should be proactive, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
