Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to support our programmes. If you are passionate about empowering rangatahi and committed to cultural values, this role is perfect for you. As the Programme Coordinator, you will manage student enrolment, maintain records, organise events, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for: - Student Enrolment: Managing the enrolment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. - Records Management: Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, feedback forms, and other essential documentation. - Event Coordination: Organising community and family engagement events, workshops, and cultural activities. - Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. - Pou Awhina Support: Assisting with the overall support and delivery of programmes, aligning all activities with our values and goals.

Key Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need: - Administrative Skills: Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and using office software. - Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with students, families, and partners. - Organisational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. - Cultural Competency: Understanding of Maaori and Pacific cultural values. - Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and relevant technologies.
