Role Overview

The Co-ordinator role at Kelly Mini Sports is a part-time position starting at 20 hours per week, with the potential for growth in responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to working with young children aged 1.5 to 5 years old. The role involves a mix of sports coaching, administrative tasks, and mentoring/guidance to help nurture the young athletes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will need to be available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday mornings between 8.30am and 11.30am) and have flexibility during weekdays (primarily between 9am and 12pm) to accommodate program requirements. The role offers opportunities for additional hours and the ability to tailor the schedule to fit personal needs.

Requirements

Applicants must have experience or confidence in working with young children and be willing to undergo full training. Regular interaction with the Kelly Sports Programme Coordinator and Owner/Operator is expected to ensure alignment with program goals and KPIs. Candidates must be over 20 years old, hold NZ residency or a valid work visa, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting MSD requirements.

Benefits
