Responsibilities of the Junior Rugby Manager

The Junior Rugby Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing engagement and participation in Junior Rugby across the North Harbour region. The focus is on creating positive experiences for junior players within clubs and schools by developing rugby environments, organizing school festivals, and supporting Junior Clubs to foster growth and excitement around the sport. Additionally, the Manager oversees the delivery of Small Blacks education for Junior coaches and supports their development through other Game Development/Coach Development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must be a leader who embodies the Harbour Way values in the community.
