Job Opportunity as a KiwiSaver Associate

Job Description:

Are you passionate about supporting clients and developing new business opportunities? Do you have experience in KiwiSaver and thrive in a role that involves onboarding, record-keeping, and events management? A leading Funds Management company is seeking a dedicated KiwiSaver Associate to join their team and provide day-to-day support to their Advisors.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with marketing efforts, including preparing presentations, seminars, and educational events - Generating regular management reports for the channel - Coordinating with different teams within the company to handle client transactions and operational tasks - Managing non-advice queries through phone and email - Supporting Advisors during client meetings by preparing meeting materials - Organizing KiwiSaver roadshows and client events, from venue selection to follow-up surveys - Creating weekly agendas and meeting minutes for the Advice team - Providing assistance with project work and various business committees - Ensuring compliance with all AML/KYC procedures

Requirements:

- Knowledge of KiwiSaver and experience in supporting investment advice services - Excellent communication and listening skills - High level of computer literacy and proficiency in investment systems - Proactive with strong client service skills - Ability to cultivate and maintain business relationships
