Senior Regional Leadership Opportunity: Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager

Influence safety culture across Ara Poutama Aotearoa and champion health, safety, and wellbeing within our unique 24/7 business operating from 151 sites across Aotearoa. We are seeking a passionate and resilient individual to join our Safety & Wellbeing team as a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager based in Auckland.

Responsibilities include leading and coordinating a team of HSW business partnering professionals, providing strategic advice, and supporting the delivery of programmes to improve health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes at a regional level. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to build effective relationships, and a focus on balancing national priorities with regional needs.

• Experience leading a team of health and safety professionals
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and plan improvement programmes
• Timely decision making and handling multiple priorities
• Ability to assess and guide areas of improvement
• Knowledge of best practices in HSW business partnering

Salary Range: $116,897 - $165,030
