## Join the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management

The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) at UABS is seeking to appoint TWO full-time permanent staff members. One position is at the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level, and the other is at the Associate Professor level in Information Systems (Design Science).

## Responsibilities and Requirements

### Research Focus: - Candidates should have a proven research track record in information systems. - Interest in business aspects related to information technologies and analytics. - Specialization in qualitative, quantitative, and/or design science research methods. - Publications in top Information Systems journals.

### Teaching Focus: - Ability to teach across various information systems and business analytics modules. - Experience in student-centered learning and mixed teaching methods. - Expertise in Machine Learning, AI, data visualization, and big data.

### Qualifications: - Ph.D. in Information Systems or related field.

### Experience: - Previous teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. - Independence in research development. - Supervision and mentoring of graduate students' research.

## Remuneration and Benefits

The remuneration for the positions ranges as follows: - Lecturer: $94,981 - $113,463 - Senior Lecturer: $120,752 - $151,251 - Associate Professor: From $157,822
