Role Overview

If you have a passion for sales, lending, and customer service, this role is for you. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for providing lending support from the application process to loan generation. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming phone calls
• Collate correct documentation and load to Pipedrive CRM
• File compliance documents once loans are completed
• Contact customers for payment arrangements
• Support other team members as needed

Skills and Requirements

• Passion for sales and customer service
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Understanding of the lending process
• Ability to multitask
• Minimum 4 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Knowledge of consumer credit laws and regulations
• Previous F&I sales experience is advantageous
