Our client, a renowned luxury bridal gown designer in Auckland, is seeking a design-savvy and strong stylist to join their team. With over 12 years of experience in creating elegant bridal gowns for both local and international clients, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that delivers a memorable luxury experience.

Role Overview:

• Deliver exceptional and detailed service to clients
• Maintain impeccable store presentation standards
• Provide personalized experiences for clients
• Manage stock levels, meet sales targets, and handle admin tasks
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from booking to aftercare
• Hold key-holder responsibilities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-end fashion or luxury retail
• Confidence, positivity, and ability to build strong connections
• High energy and maturity in managing customer relationships
• Exceptional self-presentation and communication skills
• Autonomous work ethic and self-motivation
