Commercial Business Partnering Role

A stable, market-leading business in Mangere is seeking a Commercial Business Partner to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and various departments within the organization. This is a contract role with the potential for a permanent position in a collaborative team environment.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, the Commercial Business Partner will provide key insights and analysis essential for strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

• Commercial decision support through financial modeling and analysis
• Product pricing and promotional analysis
• Market share analysis
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Monthly financial reporting
• Stakeholder management

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis
• CA qualification or similar
• Strong commercial acumen
• High emotional intelligence and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Experience in a product-related business (preferred)
