About the Role

As a Financial Accountant, you will lead a team responsible for statutory reporting, audit and compliance, and asset planning and management. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization meets its financial accounting obligations. From month-end accounting and reporting to year-end accounting and statutory compliance, you will oversee crucial financial functions.

About You

To excel in this role, certain qualifications and skills are essential. These include possessing a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, or Finance, along with membership in a professional accounting body like CPA or CAANZ. You should also demonstrate high-level technical knowledge in financial accounting, asset accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit. Problem-solving skills to provide practical recommendations for enhancing financial outcomes are also crucial.

The total remuneration value for this role can reach up to $161,718 per annum. This includes an hourly rate ranging from $66.60 to $71.48, a 12.75% employer superannuation contribution, and 17.5% leave loading.
