- 7-10+ years' HR/L&OD experience with a strong background in change leadership, facilitation, and building high-performance teams. - Proven experience in coaching, providing strategic advice, and supporting executives and people leaders. - Proficiency in program and project management, preferably in a large organization with national and local operational structures. - Demonstrated ability in planning and leading change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve outcomes. - Collaborative experience in identifying competency gaps, learning needs, and talent development priorities.

- A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner and applying Te Tiriti principles effectively in the role. - Competency in te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow in these areas. - A dedication to contributing to a changing world through meaningful work that aligns with today's demands.
