Overview

Kiwi College of New Zealand in Albany, Auckland, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The college offers English Language and University Foundation programs and is looking for individuals who are passionate about education and have a deep understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi principles.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit international students and work closely with agents and educational partners, particularly focusing on Asian countries.
  • Provide high-level customer service, establish and nurture effective relationships.
  • Liaise with agents in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Meet set enrolment targets through determined efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with the Education Code and student wellbeing regulations.
  • Utilize social media and technology to market and promote the college's courses and programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting international students and working with educational partners.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally.
  • Goal-oriented mindset to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Familiarity with social media and technology for marketing purposes.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
