Job Opportunity: Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Tile Depot's Head Office in East Tamaki. As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. We are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented individual to contribute to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and implementing marketing materials across various channels
• Creating in-house promotional materials such as posters, newsletters, brochures, and digital content for social media
• Developing demonstration videos and posts for new product arrivals on social platforms
• Managing social media marketing channels and engaging with audiences
• Producing regular e-newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp
• Setting up and monitoring promotional campaigns
• Managing website content and images
• Measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with advertising agencies when necessary
• Coordinating and enhancing in-store signage and branding

Ideal Qualifications and Skills

• Marketing qualification or relevant background
• Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Creative design skills using tools like Photoshop and InDesign
• Photography skills are a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Positive, energetic, and flexible approach to work

Job Details

• Location: East Tamaki, Auckland
• Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 per year
