Wellbeing Benefits and Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000, with Christchurch being the preferred location. However, MBIE will consider candidates from other locations in New Zealand. Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in working with a diverse range of employment situations
  • Understanding of legislation and dispute resolution processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with culturally diverse parties in sensitive environments
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn about te ao Māori practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
